Memorandum with National Cyber Directorate sets stage for closer co-operation on bank security

The Bank of Israel is to collaborate more closely with the Israeli National Cyber Directorate in a bid to ensure banks’ cyber defences are up to scratch.

A memorandum of understanding signed on May 30 sets out plans for closer collaboration on measures to strengthen the banking system’s resilience to cyber threats and ensure banks are suitably prepared for potential attacks.
